It's not great, but it is objectively bad. If you've never heard the original, 1984 Leonard Cohen version of Hallelujah, do your ears the opposite of a favour and listen to it. At an ear-boggling slow tempo of 3 beats per minute, you'll be shocked that the song actually ends.
It sounds like the 80's vomited on a synthesizer, and then an elderly choir slowly decided to just start and stop at random intervals.
